This may not help you at all because of the geography-but I know the community center in Palmer has a program like this that runs around those times. Also, there's a Little Gym in Bethlehem (by the new Lowe's off 33)- again might not help because of the geography. Anyway, call one of those places and see if they know of anything out by you. There's GOT to be something!

My daughter goes to the Little Gym in Macungie, and there is another one in Easton. Depending on where in Allentown you are, one of those might work. They have a gymnastics program and also a dance program. It's not intense gymnastics or dance, really just for fun and to get the kids comfortable in their bodies. They do offer evening and saturday classes, but you would have to check the website for which classes are offered at what time. We love it there! Hope this helps.

Accent School of dance in Allentown in the Tilghman Square shopping center, by the AMC Tilghman 8, has classes at all different times, including weekend classes. They offer ballet, tap and tumbling for her age group. They also have a website with all of their classes listed on it. My daughter is in her 2nd year there and absolutely loves it.

Lehigh Valley Fitness on Race Street has gymnastics and cheerleading in the evening. I'm actually in the 6 pm class with my 2 year old on Monday nights.
