I am fairly new to the Carrollton area and am looking for a great pediatrician for my 17 month old. I am willing to drive out further if necessary. I want the best care for my son. Please help!
William Paruolo is in The Colony off Main Street in the Trinity North building. He is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are very comfortable with him, but my kids just adore him (the poor guy has to put up with my oldest climbing all over him, tickling him, etc., but he's kind of like a big kid with her too). His staff is great, too.

Dr. Dhoot in Flower Mound is WONDERFUL!!!! We had some issues with our 1st pedeatrician, feeling like they were never listening to any conserns that I had and someone at work referred me to Dr. Dhoot. My daughter loves him and he is crazy about her. The staff there is great as well.

Dr. Peter Sherrod. He was voted in the top 10 pediatricians in the Dallas area. He is over by Medical Center of Plano. His practice has been up and running in the same building since my husband was born!!! At least 27 years for sure. He is INCREDIBLE! He is the nicest man I've ever known and he is sure to explain every little thing he does so that you are on the same page with him. Definitely try him out! The office phone is ###-###-####
Dr Hector Hidalgo is the BEST and which I LOVE dearly and his staff is Great as well. He is at Trinity Pediatrics which is off of Communications and Parker near Plano Presby.
I have known him for many years, I used to babysit his kids when I was 14 and when I moved here from California with my older son. He was the one that I went to and been seeing him since 1991 and now have been w/him again w/my youngest since he was 2 wks old.
I will not go to any other Dr. He his Very compassionate, caring.

Dr. Jeff Berkowitz is the best pediatrician I have ever met. I was referred to him by a friend and I thank her everytime I see her! He works at Parker Rd. and Midway in the strip mall behind CVS pharmacy. I think the office is called Plano Pediatrics or something along those lines. There are a few docs in the office and they work really well together and help with second opinions when needed. He is so caring and patient. He answered every question I had, gave me great parenting tips, and most importantly, he did not make me feel like a bad mom, even when I made some stupid mistakes. He is also cost concious, so he'll tell me if the tests are really neccessary or if I should save my money. He is just a really nice guy and my kids love him. Good Luck with your search!
Dr. Sandra Peak is great. She is in the Urgent Care building close to the SuperTarget on Hebron Road in Lewisville. My pedi was Dr. Frank Lieu with my three girls but when my son was born Dr. Lieu had added Dr. Peak to his staff and I tried her out and loved her. She is very patient, kind, and has a great bedside manner. She takes the time to explain things to you and actually remembers (or at least acts like she remembers) your child and their issues. Unfortunately she moved to another practice and I could no longer use her due to her not being in-network provider, but I would use her in a heartbeat if she became in-network again.

Hey D.! My children see Dr. Van Lam at Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton. I really like him. It's a small office, so there are only a few people that work there. All of them are wonderful. They know my children by name when we walk in which I love! When my daughter had RSV last year, he called us to see how she was feeling a couple of days after we were in his office. I honestly can't say enough great things about him! If you call they can usually get you in that day or the next. Give him a call!!!
