Also, I attended prenatal yoga at Twisters in ambler - closer to me... I prefer the atmosphere at Shakti much better though.

Shakti Yoga is on West Avenue in Jenkintown.
Baby Boot Camp offers classes that incorporate yoga and pilates along with strength training and cardio drills for both prenatal and postpartum moms. They have classes in Southampton that you could actually take your older baby to. Sports Zone has a children's play area with moonbounce, ball pit, jungle gym and more. Classes are held in that room sometimes and the older kids play while the moms workout. If you are interested you can check out the website at www.babybootcamp.com.

Yes! Belly Pilates! K. McBride. She may not b in ur area but she also has videos on Babyssentials.com. She hosts the fitness segs. She's also a birth & post doula, childbirth Ed. Wow! So she knows what she's talkin about. Enjoy. Gd luck!

I run a program called One Fit Mama. We offer Prenatal Yoga classes, but we currently don't have any in your immediate area right now. We hope to offer this in the next 2 months in your town. In the meantime, if you wanted to come out to our Stroller Fitness classes (lots in your area!), and try a class for free, I'd love it if you did! We have lots of Prenatal Moms, and all of our Instructors are specially certified in Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness.
