I am 14 weeks preggo and very interested in still having a romantic relationship with my hubby, but not to get too gross on everyone, I am so dry down there I can't even enjoy it! Not only that, I feel as though Im going to urinate when I even get close to climaxing! Is anyone else having this problem? We even tried lubricant (DR says it was ok) but that didn't even seem to help. Not to sound like a man or anything, but I don't think I can go much longer with not being satisfied! HELP!

What can I do next?

Try a different lube, re-apply as needed & pee before you start, silly goose!

You may need to try a different lube, or more of it. Water based lubes can dry up pretty quickly and need to be reapplied liberally. Or ask your doc about silicone lubes, they last much longer. Definitely pee right before hand. Have you tried to empty your bladder and have some "private time" with yourself to see what the end feels like and if you leak any urine? You can always just put a towel down on the bed and tell him to step back :)

You poor thing. Sex was so good while I was pregnant. Your hubby may have to come up with something else to satisfy you.

i had the dryness problem while pregnant. not only that, but my walls got really thin so i also would bleed some. scary! we got the generic K-Y gel from walmart. that worked really well. put it on him and also yourself. it's thick, so it should work ok. good luck :)

Make sure you pee right before you start, and if the lube did not work for you try another brand.

Regarding the feeling of having to pee, try a different position and see if it helps.

Lube!!!

And I'm talking about 1/4 cup, not just a few teaspoons.

- Squirt 1/2 into hand
- Wipe upward and forward, (so the majority goes inside)
- Shiver a little bit and feel icky (optional)
- Feel it warm up and feel vavavoom (or less icky)
- Squirt other half into hand
- Have fun with the Mr. and your 10 finger discount
- Keep lube within arm's reach for any reapplication, and open so you can 1 hand it (not usually necessary, but apply on the out stroke)

Don't go super fancy on lube (nothing that is supposed to burn, errr "warm", for example... as the chemicals that make lube do other things tend to negate the slipperyness and longevity of it). Staight KY, Wet, Astroglide, or ToysInBabeland store brand.

For less mortification; Toys in Babeland is one of the most fantastic places anywhere.
