So did anyone prank their kids yesterday? I did and boy did it back fire. Someone had given me a gag gift and fart powder was in the package. Directions said to pour it over the food and the tasteless stuff will work its magic. Well, I thought it would be funny to put it on my daughters food at dinner. SO I had the plates next to each other, I opened it up and poured it all over her food. However, when I did it I turned around and got side tracked. When I went to give her the plate I forgot which one I had put the powder on!!! After dinner my daughter asked if I was having tummy troubles! I will be sure to pay better attention next time!!!

I scotch taped the toilet seat closed before my 5 year old woke up. He came downstairs holding himself and said the toilet was locked! I started laughing and he proceeded to pee in his pants on the carpet........then I stopped laughing(:

I woke my kids up and told them it was a school day. They got all dressed and ready to go - APRIL FOOLS!! Then we went to church. So, no it didn't go wrong.

aw man! I totally forgot! Your story is hilarious :) I remembered that it was April fool's yesterday during church and then promptly forgot again. Guess that is the price you pay for having three kids in 5 yrs ;) Maybe after I get this last one weaned I will get my brain back!!!!!

Last year we (my daughter and I) did a fake vomit joke for my husband, but he was a sour apple, so this year we let him rest.
I think next year I would tell him my mother and family is coming to live with us, hahaha.

No April Fools here this year. Had to attend a Memorial service for a child that committed suicide.
It did make e feel better that the family remembered when we used to do April Fools Jokes, them included.. and asked what I was up to for this year.. I should have for old times sake baked the cotton ball cupcakes.. Would have been a good laugh.
Oh my goodness - that's hilarious!! My son got me really good. He tied a rubberband around the spray hose at the sink and when I turned it on, I got soaked. I had to go change. Then, stupid me, did it again!! Needless to say, he was cracking up all day!! :)
