Hello... I am starting a new job and need to find a new OB and a new Pediatrician. Does anyone have a reccomendation in the Henry Ford Macomb Health system?
If you need a Ped/OB because you have HAP (which is why most people switch) HAP will allow you to see your own OB and your old Peds, if you call and let them know. For continuation of care issues they will go outside their own system (I know because I work for them and have HAP HF preferred and went through a bunch of drama before I was told I could keep my son's doctor). I have a wonderful OB Comprehensive Woman's Care - they have offices at 17/Garfield, 23/I94 and Moross/St. John Hospital - I see Dr. Messina (she is so wonderful). I only have the number to the 23/I94 office ###-###-#### - I travel to this office because the girls are wonderful, I am closer to the other offices.
for a Ped - Eastlake Peds ###-###-#### they are on 10mile between hayes/gratiot- My daughter see's Dr.Karam but has seen all three in the office and they are all wonderful. The office staff is great they were recommened to me when my daughter was born and I have told everyone about them.
I am not sure if the use the henry ford macomb health system - I do know for a fact they use St.John - you would have to call and ask.

I would recomment Women's Comprehensive Health on Garfield and 17 mile rd. I have seen Dr White since my son was born 11 years ago, before that I saw Dr. Mascarin for just over 10 years and family of mine have been seing him for 30+ years . The only reason I changed was because of insurance purposes. I love the office and most of the staff. They also have one female doctor and Dr. Quaserano and DR. Nault. Nault started the practice with Mascarin, I have only seen thim once and that was the morning my daughter was born. Dr. Quaserano I saw the day after, but he seemed nice enough. They have 3 seperate offices in the area, but again I love the office. The phone number for the Clinton Twp office is - ###-###-####.
As for pediatrician....sorry my kids see a family DO, who also sees me and my mother. Her name is Joyce McDonald she is a DO and over at 19 mile & Schoenherr. I love all the doctor's in that office. There number is ###-###-####
