Nice Apartment Community in West Boynton Beach

Hi C., I have looked at stonybrook apartments and they are beutiful.I couldnt move there though the rent is very high. I live at the baynon lake apartments on congress in west boynton and they are getting beter.(new managment). you could go to equity.com to look at the diffrent apartment complexs that they have. also a friend of mine lives on gateway and lawrence in a community there, i just dont remember the name of them. There are many nice areas just south of Boynton Beach - in Delray Beach. I live in Delray Beach and am selling my 1bed/1bath condo and know of many other communities in my area that is just East of I-95. This is a great time to purchase real estate or even rent. Bahia Delray is the community I live in and Tierra Vista is another community next to mine that is also very nice with fabulous shopping and nice, quiet community living (yet not "older")...

I actually live in western Boynton area Jog and Hypoluxo acroos from Lake Charleston and I am getting ready to rent out my townhouse. It is a 3bedroom, 2.5 bath with a one car garage. It is in a wonderful safe friendly neighborhood with lots of kids (15 on my street alone). We are building a home right down the street but not ready to sell this property yet.
