New Mom to Sabre Spring/Poway/Carmel Area Seeking Good OBGYN and Pediatrician

We live in Rancho Bernardo but we drive down to Mira Mesa. There's a great one just off the freeway, so it's not too far. It's Children's Primary Care Medical Group ###-###-####. We've been going there for 14 years. They have about 5-6 different doctors there and they are all great. It's at the end of Mira Mesa Bl., corner of Scripps Ranch Bl. It's basically in Scripps Ranch.

I go to Dr.Mitchell at La Jolla OB/Gyn, he delivers at Scripps La Jolla. I've had 2 babies, he's been wonderful both times.

My son goes to Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Herring and Dr. Barr at Children's Primary Care in Poway ###-###-####. We have had a very good experience for the last 2 years. Good luck :)

For an OB, I recommend Dr. Sudabeh Moein at Pomerado Hospital and she takes most insurance plans.

We live in Poway. We love Dr. Kuangkai Tai of Valle Verde Pediatrics ###-###-####.
For OB I see Dr. Karen Kohatsu when I am preggo. She delivered my 2 yo daughter and I had a high risk pregnancy. She is wonderful! She took excellent care of me and my daughter. Her staff is awesome! Now that I am not preggo, I see her partner Dr. Le. She is also really nice and very good. The practice is called Poway Women's Care. ###-###-####

All the docs I mentioned take Blue Cross HMO, which is what we have. Not sure what other insurance they take.
