We did our own on USLegalForms.com and it was a breeze. It came with everything, great instructions, and very affordable. We took the recommendation from Dave Ramsey.

Tom Jester of Minor & Jester in Denton. He has been in practice for years and knows what he's doing. He is a great Christian man and last time I compared prices the cheapest in Denton.

My husband is an attorney and he warns people against online wills as they have significant legal defects (witness signatures and notarizations). Remember you really do get what you pay for.
He has his own firm in Plano and draws up wills and other documents that you will need everyday (living wills, guardianship documents, etc.). Whomever you go with make sure you get everything, not just the "will". If you would like my husband's info, just send me an email. Good luck!

I work with a company that has an identity theft protection program and pre-paid legal program for a low monthly fee. As part of the legal program it will provide you with a free will (we use a large reputable firm out of Fort Worth). If you are interested drop me a line.
