Need Reviews of Verizon Fios
Hi there, I know this is not a kid related question but it affects my whole family! We have been with Comcast cable forever and haven't been too happy with them as of late. We have been thinking of switching to Verizon fios. They have that great deal with the bundle of all 3 services and it seems too good to pass up!! Does anyone have Verizon Fios? If so are you happy with it or are there a few bugs in the system? thank you so much for your help,

The only "bugs I have noticed have to do with billing. I have fios, but I also have a Verizon cell phone plan. Both my bank and Verizon have constantly confused the two accounts. I've gotten to the point where the only way to pay is by mailing the check with the statement! Other than the billing, though, I am happy with fios.

I think I saw a commercial the other day (it was a comcast commercial, so take it for what it's worth) that said verizon was leaving the area...check it out!

We have had it since the put the fiber lines in. I believe we have the slowest connection and I have had no problems with it. We had the modem upstairs and use the wireless connection downstairs... a few times I have had to reboot the modem but other than that we are happy customers!

My husband wants to move to Verizon FIOS as we are extremely unhappy with Comcast "service". But despite all the ads, FIOS is not available everywhere... check on its availability to your home before you get too excited about switching.
