We just moved here and are leaving one of the leading pediatricians in Dallas. He was rated by D Magazine in the top 5 for the last ten years. I just can't make the drive any more. My daughter has to see a doctor today. She has been sick for about three days. If you can rally together and give me a great recommendation, I would really appreciate it. I don't need good, I need FANTASTIC!
I found the greatest pediatrician. We went to Dr. Nichols in Southlake at Cook Children's. I was very happy with my visit today.
Erica Zwernermann at Southlake Family Medicine is wonderful. I just switched to her because I was unhappy with my previous pediatrician and she has been great. Takes a lot of time with you and my son loves her.
It may be to far but my kids see Dr> Tomecko in Las Colinas. Her number is ###-###-####. I have never been happier with a pediatrician. Trust me, I am hard to please. We have been through several.
I don't know if you've ever ventured to Decatur, but it may only be about 25 minutes from you - and has the greatest pedi ever! Dr. Amanda Lovette is AWESOME - she saved my sons life! She is totally open minded and lets the parents be parents, but is upfront about all options - without pressuring you AT ALL. She is so sweet and kind, and spends lots of time with you both. Kid Kare Pediatrics in Keller is Awesome. I love all the doctors there. My newborn has been in the hospital for 5 days and they called me every day and stayed in contact with the hospital checking her condition.
I absolutely love Dr. Leffel at Kid Care Pediatrics. They are on the north side of Rufe Snow in Keller. She is gentle, caring, and she really takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions in a language we undertand. I have a 4 year-old and a 15-month old, and she is great with both of them. Believe it or not, my 4 year-old actually likes going to see her. I hope your daughter feels better soon.
