HI! I just moved here too...from Connecticut. We are looking for a handyman as well to take care of all the little things on the inspection sheet. If I find someone I'll let you know. I may contact Krisinda who emailed you about her father. If not, our realtor has a few good names for us too. We settle next Tuesday and moving van arrives Friday- bought in Lone Star Ranch, but The Trails were on our high list too. As a matter of fact we narrowed to one or the other. Hope you love it there. I have a 2 year old boy and one on the way. Let me know if you'd like to get together for a playgroup for the little ones.
