I need to find a good bakery in the Lewisville/Carrollton area - very quickly!! I need a bakery that can actually decorate cakes - not just borders and writing. They can actually decorate a cake to make it look like a mickey mouse or an airplane. So please - do not suggest Magnolia or Savannah bakery - because they currently do not have a decorator on staff.....great products I know - but no decorator.
Somewhere that can get creative and do cake pops would be great.
Frisco area would work as well.

You might want to try some places in Highland Park and Preston Hollow. They may have more specialty cakes you are looking for.
I've used Celebrity and they were good. Surprisingly Market Street did a wonderful job on a cake for us. Haute Mama desserts is located over by me (Plano) and she does cake pops as well.
Sorry, I don't know that area well. I used Tom Thumb for a custom Cinderella cake and they did an awesome job! I brought the Cinderella and gave general instructions on what I wanted, they amped it up and made it look great. Maybe that would work for you. Good luck!
The Flour Shop Bakery in the Shops at Highland Village might be able to do that. I'm not certain, but it might be worth a try.
