Contact the HEB ISD gymnastics office for mom & tot classes, but my favorite for a 7 month old would be Kindermusik!
I take classes in Colleyville at Highland Meadows Church. They offer a teacher discount!

A friend of mine from my mommy group has a stroller strides franchise. Her name is Maggie. I'm sure there is a website for them.
Hi L., the Hurst Rec. Center has great classes. My son has taken the parent and tot gymnastics class and now he is signed up for the parent and tot swim classes that start in June. You should definitely check them out. I am not a Hurst resident and yet the prices are still the best around! Good Luck!
try the euless recreation center,,,,midway rec center..they offer tumbling for tots and other programs, very inexpensive.
You should check out "The Little Gym". I take my daugther to the one in North Fort Worth but they have several others in the area if that one isn't close enough.
Not sure how far it would be for you, but Stroller Strides in Arlington is offering a great Teacher Pass for the summer. It is a perfect for any level of exerciser. You can get more information at www.strollerstrides.com. There are also other locations throughout the metroplex that may be closer driving distance, but we have moms come down from Watauga, Azel, Keller, and Lewisville for class in Arlington. Try the local parks and rec department. I know I saw some in the hurst cataloge I recieved in the mail. And inexpensive as well.
