hi ladies!

I recently had a m/c and am wondering, in general, when does your period come post m/c bleeding? What's your experience?
My dr. gave me the ok to start trying again if we want, but now I am clueless about my cycle. ANy advice is appreciated! Thank you :)

What can I do next?

This is too weird, I too miscarried at 5 weeks and started bleeding September 17th! I was just at the doc today, and she said it could take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for a normal period. She did say I may sooner than later, which is what I am hoping for. I plan on trying again ASAP as well, so we will have to compare notes privately and see how we do! :) I hope you feel better, I know how difficult it is. Let's just look forward to trying again soon! :)

It's going to depend on the timing of your miscarriage. If it was early, you could be right back to regular within a month. Mine usually seemed to go as if the m/c bleeding was day 1. May have been off by about a week. Later ones may throw your cycle off a bit more, but mine have all been early.

Sorry for your loss, and hoping your next attempt is successful.

you could ovulate very fast after an early m/c like that. I actually m/c at 5 weeks back on July 17! what's with the number 17 right? anyways me and my hubby started trying again right away. Two 1/2 weeks later I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. So I pretty much ovulated right after I stopped bleeding. I am now 9 weeks pregnant. I know having a m/c is so upsetting and i feel for you. But just keep trying and you'll be pregnant in no time.

Hi E.-

I miscarried at 6 weeks, and got my next period 30 days later (like a normal cycle). Good luck!
