I was going to suggest a church home for chairs and tables but I also saw someone posting on Cragistlist in the event section to rents them.

Also, if you need a photographer to capture the party, let me know. I am running a special right now!

How about a candy buffet? They are fun and can look really beautiful. the cost depends on what type of candy and how many people will be at the event.
It is something that will have people talking...they are really big for weddings right now.

Do you have a church home? Ours was wonderful about loaning us tables and chairs for a family reunion. We just had to pick them up and take them back when finished. The table cloths can be bought at the local Party City, etc.

You can find party trays at the local grocery store or Sam's. Just let them know ahead of time what you need.

Not sure how many trays you need but I have bought many at Sam's. They have cheese trays, sandwich trays, and veggie trays etc. They are at a good price too and really good!
