I am looking for affordable swimming lesson for my 10 yr old and 5yr old grand-girls, And water aerobic class for myself, in the League City, Texas area. Can someone Please help.

I have heard League City Parks and Rec. Department has good (and affordable) swim lessons for all ages. Registration is now (I am not sure what is available) at the Parks and Rec. office at League Park (518 near Hwy. 3). Hope this helps! E....League City
There are several YMCA's around that are excellent. There is one on Hwy 3 in Webster, Perland, and Alvin has abrand new one. Inexpensive and lots to do. Babysitting available when you workout. Good luck.
There was a great place that taught swim lessons to kids right behind the League CIty Post Office..It is called Summers Swim Academy. You might want to try there,both of my kids took lessons there and they really liked it. I believe the YMCA on HWY 3 offers water aerobics.
Try the City of League City recreation department. They usually have both. Also, the YMCA on League City Parkway offers these.

The YMCA is a Perfect place! I have used them for parent/child swimming lessons. When they were older, swimming lessons on their own with me working on water aerobics!
The Y closest to you is a new area on 1700 League City Parkway West. My children and I go to the Hwy 3 and pineloch location. If finances are difficult, the Y works with families.
