Looking for Recycling Bins near My Area

Anyone know of a place I can take my plastic, paper and aluminum to recycle? I live in an apartment complex off of the Tollway and Plano Parkway and they do not offer this here. There has to be a church, school or some sort of organization that has these bins nearby!

What can I do next?

It seems like most elementary schools these days have those yellow dumpsters out back that sevre two purposes - you can recycle all paper goods there (paper only) and it is a fundraiser for the school. You should check your little one's future elementary - then you can feel good about recycling AND helping her school out!

I don't know of one super close, but I used to live near Hebron (Park turns into Hebron as you go West) and Josey. Homestead Elementary is just South on Josey from Hebron and they have a huge recycling type "dumpster" to put all your recyclables. You might check with the City of Plano too.

Not sure how this works but they do it in Plano. Otherwise the single stream option looked good. Good luck!

I live in Plano, too, and use the single-stream recycling bin at the library on Coit between Park and Parker. If you visit the City of Plano website, they list the community recycling bins available. Thank you for recyling and good luck!
