Looking for Play Group

Hi, l have a 21-month-old son and am looking for a playgroup too. I recently joined Sav Stay at Home Moms Group on MSN Groups, and they try to meet up once a week. The next meetup is on Feb 15 at a park in Richmond Hill (they move it around to accomodate all members. Just go to http://groups.msn.com/Sav-stayathomemoms_homepage, you have to apply for membership, but they are quick to approve you. Alternately, if that does not work out you could send me a message and my son and I would love to hang out and play! Good luck!

I just started a group on myspace. It now has 130 moms from the Savannah area complete with profiles, so you can easily find someone compatible with you and your children. It's free. There is also a group called Savannah stay at home moms on MSN. They have regular meetups. I'm looking for the link. I hope this helps.

Hello. I am a mother of a 24 month old and am also looking for toddlers in my area for her to play with. Our neighborhood (on Wilmington Island) is full of teenagers and elementary age children. If you live in the island area, I would be interested. Let me know! I do work, but am looking for kids for her to get together with one Saturday a month maybe?

Just wanted to mention a great group for moms in the Savannah area (Pooler and Richmond Hill included). Its called MOMS Club of Savannh, and it is the local chapter of an international moms club (www.momsclub.org). The local chapter always has an ad running in the free weekly Savnnah CONNECT magazine and also in Coastal Parenting. The group consists of 25 or so Moms with children ranging from not yet born to 10 years old, who get together 2-3 times a week for park playdates, arts n crafts, outings, coffee groups, book clubs, scrapbooking, moms nights out, volunteer work, babysitting co-op, baby gear swaps, etc. Its just a casual place for friendshps between the moms and kids to develop.
