I don't know any daycares in that area, but do suggest you start your search by looking on the State of Michigan website at the daycare inspection/violation reports. http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/brs_cdc/sr_lfl.asp

You can search by zip code and/or name. The reports allow you to see any violations, etc (or lack of) before even visiting. Once you select a place, if you do a Freedom of Information Act Request- they will send you all of (any) violations.

I also recommend you DO NOT call ahead when you go visit and visit at a busy time (and then go back during a quiet time if you have further questions).
