Best Preschools in Farmington Hills Area

Hi All, I am looking for the best quality preschool education in the Farmington Hills area. We're looking to start my son with the start of next school year in September '07. Any suggestions that you can provide are greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

I just wanted to thank every one for responding. Your responses have been very helpful. My son and I visited a few of the schools and I think we are going to go with one of the Montessori schools. Thanks again!

Hi there!
I have just started my Montessori based preschool at home. I am a certified Montessori teacher & have taught in public as well as private schools.
I live in West Bloomfield. I have a loving environment with a structured curriculum for children. My rates are very reasonable. I offer full & half day programs with healthy meals.
Please call me at ###-###-#### & feel free to visit my facility anytime.

I use First Impressions Preschool - Ms. Lindsay is awesome! I used a different preschool/daycare for my older son and boy, can I see the difference in development between them. My youngest son 'reads' to me (he recites the spelling of every word - cereal boxes, books, etc.). My older son didn't do any of that. Also, the projects that my youngest son does at First Impressions are truly great. I would definitely recommend them.

My sister, who is a SAHM uses Mayfair coop - and has for all 3 of her children. They've been very pleased.

If your interested in a Montessori (sp?) program Sunny Day Care in downtown Farmington is very good. I have also heard wonderful things about the Co-op preschools in both Farmington (Mayfair) and Novi Co-op which is smaller but execellent. And if you were looking for something more faith based I also have heard great things about Our Lady of Sorrows preschool program. Hope this helps! Good luck.

Greetings.
I just enrolled my daughter at Ealy. It's in West Bloomfield on Maple, between Middlebelt and Orchard Lake. Our day care provider highly recommended this school. We will take her to
Ealgle Elementary for K-6, but Ealy was a big plus for pre-schGrades

Type: public

Alameda Early Childhood Center is very good and its tied into Farmington Public School system. We had a great time as did many other families and friends. Good Luck!!

Hi,
If you are looking for a true preschool program..i.e. a few days a week for a few hours a week, try Nardin Park Community Preschool..they are at 11 & Middlebelt.
