Looking for Beginner Ballet Instruction
I find it difficult to find any dance instruction for my middle daughter. I had heard ballet instruction begins at about age 3 1/2 as long as they were toilet trained. So we used this as encouragement for my daughter, and now that she is fully trained, she is asking about when she'll meet her ballet teacher! :) But I can't find anything. And as a full time working mom I need something in the evenings or the weekends... Does any one know of anything in the area?

Thank you for everyone's kind responses. I always forget how much Park & Recreation offers. I think I've found a class for my daughter, that is amazingly within our budget and is local.

Hi T.. My daughter is 4 yrs old and began taking ballet just after she turned 3. We did it at Tricks Gymnastics and Dance on Marconi. The number is ###-###-####. There are evening classes for working parents and we have had a wonderful experience.
Best of luck to your little ballerina!

What are are you in? There is a great studio that starts teaching children as young as two. It is called the Northern California Dance Conservatory and their web site is:
Check them out. Their prices are quite fair and they are located across from the Galleria Mall (I am not sure where you are).
