LegalZoom.com might be the way to go. Inexpensive, simple. Unless your situation is complicated, this might suffice.

Whenever I have legal questions, I call the non-profit Santa Monica Lawyer Referral Service at ###-###-####. They match you with a lawyer for $25 for a 1/2 hour consultation. If you need more time, the lawyer's regular fees apply, so what I do is get all my ducks in order before calling -- I haven't yet had to use more than that first 1/2 hour consultation.

This is extrememly helpful for any legal situation that you may be in, and it's a great resource. They are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, or you can e-mail them at ____@____.com
