I supposed I could clean, something...

I don't even think i coudl sleep if i went to bed and usually I"m comatose by this time of night and fighing it.

BLAH, Any immediate fixes before i raid the house for wine and chocolate????, I think the kdis have some leftover birthday favor m&m's around here some where.

What do you do when you are bored of yourself???

You are lucky. I rarely get the house to myself. Maybe 1x per year, i get that. I usually don't know how to act.
On those days, I get my favorite take out and rent a movie or 2 from the red box. Then I plop my hinee in front of the tv to watch my movie and eat dinner in silence.

I was going to say the same thing as Jo - opt for the wine.

You need a new book to read - an adventure of some sort. Try that!!

Please don't wish more political drama on this site - maybe it revs you up but it upsets too many other people! Grab onto something else!!! LOL!

Put on the girliest movie you have (that your husband would never watch with you) and go for the wine and chocolate! :)

I'm reading The Glass Castle by Jennette Walls and can't put it down! Try that if you haven't read it yet.

Haha. Wine and chocolate is an easy quick fix. When I get in bored spells, that usually means that I need a new hobby. At any one time, I like to have projects going and this keeps me from getting stir crazy. Projects can be ambitious or not, serious or not, but they must be fun.

My projects right now include assembling a Christmas stocking for my baby boy (I'm using a kit I ordered in the mail last year!) and compiling a massive family history book. The stocking project will be completed by Christmas and the history book by September 2013 (at least that's the goal). I enjoy both projects and I work on them usually only at night when the house is quiet.
