Looking for a Playgroup in the Irvine Area.

My name is A. and I have a two year old boy (well he turns 2 on Sunday) and we would love to know if you found any play groups?

We live in Santa Ana and are looking for some boys for Memphis to play with. We have SA Zoo passes and Disney passes.

My husband and I are members of Creekside fellowship in Irvine located at Alton and Creek. Once a month our church has a family praise time, where the parents and children get together fellowship, eat and sing, every month it is a little differant. Also if you look in the OC Parenting magazine (its usually found @ your local super market where all the free magazines are at) There is usually a section that lists all the local support groups that dedicate themselves to organizing playgroups. My name is D. and I'm a SAHM. I have one 3yr (she will be 4 in May) girl. I live in Lake Forest (the old Trabuco Condos). We have a Park right next door to us. It has swings,slides,a walk way, and a few other things for children to play on. I have tried taking my daughter there before, and a few kids showed up with their moms, but it had seemed they already had their click. They were very nice to my daughter but when I tried conversating with them, they weren't very inviting. One mom said we come here just about everyday around 10am. I went a few times with my daughter but never saw them again. So, I kind of gave up on figuring some group of kids for her to play with. I had her come with me to the gym when I was a member at 24 hr fitness, they had a kids care, but they charged every time I took her and that got expensive after a while.
