I have 10 month old twin boys (they were delivered at 30 wks) and am looking for a group to hang out with understand life with multiples. My boys are the joys of my life and are so very, very good. It would be nice tho hook up with others with our kids when we are out numbered.
I have not heard of a group around here, but please let me know if you find one. It will be nice eventually for me to meet other people with twins too. mine are only two months though so we still don't do much traveling.
There is a twins group based in Oakland county - GOMOMS who meet once a month at a church on Woodward - look them up online or try typing National Organization of Mothers with Multiples into your search and see what come up locally. I live in Rochester Hills and attend a fantastic twins club in Macomb - the Northern Macomb mothers of multiples. We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7.30 at the Lutheran church on the corner of M59 and Van Dyke. Good luck with your two!

I use to belong to a group out of South Lyon. I'm not sure where they are meeting at any longer as I left the group a while ago. They use to meet at the Witches Hat Depot in South Lyon. The group split between the South Lyon group and the Livingston County group. They were very helpful when my twins were little (they are now 10 1/2 yrs). I think there is a group out in the Novi Farmington area, but don't know the name.
Try checking with the Michigan organation or the National org.
They can tell you which groups are in the area.
The South Lyon group use to be called South Lyon Mothers of Multiples. Not sure if they still go by that name as it has been over 5 to 6 years since I left.
