Hi we are looking for a good lawyer that deals with traffic tickets. Son got a ticket for peeling out and don't want careless driving on his record. His truck is a stick shift and also has a miss so he has to rev it up to keep it running, well it peels out easy in first gear so he got a careless driving ticket for taking off at a stop sign and the officer wouldn't let him say a word to explain the problem with his truck and when we drive it we also have problems with it peeling out on take off. We have put a lot of money into his truck already and can't figure out what is causing it to miss on 1 cylinder so any mechanic suggestions would also be helpful.
