Looking for a 3BR Apartment ASAP

My co-worker's sister has recently split with her husband, who left her and 2 kids as well as a $1600/mo mortgage to maintain on her own. Unfortunately she could not keep up the payments on her own and foreclosure has begun on her home. She is having a hard time finding somewhere to move to as the foreclosure appears on her credit report. She works full-time and is very responsible. Does anyone know of an affordable 3BR apartment that is available where the owner may be able to understand the situation? Monthly rent would be about $900, Union Park/Goldenrod area would be ideal.

I appreciate any help you guys can provide, she really is a sweetheart and the situation she is in is just horrible. Don't get me started on MEN! ;>

Thanks!
A.

So What Happened?

Thank you everyone for your advice and prayers! She was able to get accepted to an income based apartment complex that originally denied her due to the foreclosure on her credit.

Thanks again!

Hello A., the East Lake Apartments are about $760 a month for a three bedroom. They have beautiful floorplans and have two playgrounds, a nice gated swimming pool, car wash center and vaccum center. It's a clean community as well. Have her give a call at ###-###-####. I hope that this helps.

Try Craigslist:

I just found a place to sublet there. It's really handy!

There is also Rental Houses:

http://www.rentalhouses.com/

But you probably won't find as many people who are understanding there.

I believe castlewood apartments in casselbery have low cost apartments based on your income...sorry i don't know the number. I believe a bunch of apartment communities have a certain amount of apartments allocated for that..but you just have to do the homework on it.
Good luck and blessings to your friend.
