Internet Monitoring Software

Does anyone have any experience with internet monitoring software? I have used NetNanny and Webwatcher but neither does exactly what I want. I want to monitor all chats (both sides) including Facebook and Google Talk. I also want to be able to block websites (I think most of them do this).

My children are 12 and 15.

Thank you for your insights!

Well I don't know about monitoring but my mom used Safe Eyes and it is good at blocking, I don't know if she watched our chats though.

I think to watch chats you would have to get a keylogger... I don't think there is any monitoring service that will record chats... but maybe there is. I'd google it or something to see because I personally have not heard of it... but keyloggers record chats and emails... takes pics of the screen or something.
