How to Get Stains Out of Micro Fiber Couch

Hey everyone. I have been trying to get stains out of my couch for some time now. It seems like everything I try ends up leaving a worse stain. We bought a micro fiber sectional before my daughter was born thinking it would be easy to keep clean, but it's been quite the opposite! Does anyone know a good way to get out general stains?
Thanks!

What can I do next?

Thanks everyone for all your advice. I think the reason the stains are so bad is because I get it to wet when I clean it myself. So, I think I will just get it professionally done!
Again, Thanks!!!

My son just drew on ours with crayon - ruined two cushions (or so we thought). No, the "hot iron and paper towel" trick did NOT work. Used a toothbrush and a small cup of dishwashing liquid mixed with cold water. Dip in solution, brush surface with toothbrush really good for 15-30 seconds, dip, brush again, dip clean white cloth in plain cold water, blot the part you just toothbrushed, then repeat with the remainder of the stain. Now, the stain is all gone. Took 1/2 hour but it's good as new!

Resolve (upholstery cleaner) has worked great for us. It looks lighter in color at first, so don't be surprised. The lighter-ness goes away in a couple of days. Just scrub in and wipe dry. It's gotten everything from pen ink to puke out of our couch - lifesaver! :)

I use lysol or clorox wipes on mine. Seems to do the trick!

i know it sounds odd, but there were pen marks and juice stains from my 18 month old on our microfiber couch, and i used hairspray to get them out. The pen came out no prob. the juice didn't come out but it is a lot less noticeable now. just spray the hairspray on the stain and pat it dry. do that as many times as necessary - took me about 3 times to get it looking the way it does now. hope this helps!!!

I have always used Ivory dishwashing soap. I have gotten everything from juice to permanent marker out of my very light colored micro fiber couch. Good luck and God Bless!!

We also own a micro fiber living room set. There was a cleaning set that came with our scotch guard protection plan. Call your local furniture store and ask if they sell the protection plan cleaner seperately. It has been amazing at getting out all the stains my 3 yr old has created.

I usually use a wet rag to clean ours, but here's a website I found for you:

www.cleanyourmicrofiber.com

We clean ours whenever my daughter decides to draw on it with ink or my husband spills something. My husband cleaned them the other day and the ink came out and his spill stains. All we do is get a little bucket luke warm water with a little very little dish soap ( the store said mild soap) then take a regular face cloth rag whatever u want to call it and ring the rag out VERY well and wipe the heck out of the couch scrub a little more for the spots but DO NOT soak the couch use the rag as dry as possible or It'll get water stains/spots. Works for us! Good luck but u do have to do a very large section for it to look clean.
