I have been so bloated this week! I'm really small, so when I bloat up, I just look pregnant. Lol. How do you make it go away?
Yes, I'm pms-ing, yes, drink water, but not enough.

What can I do next?

Ugh. I'm right with you right now. Buh-bye top button of the jeans, hello LONG shirts. I swear, I do up my top button and it makes my belly button fold in half to make a new bum crack. My stomach should NOT look like my bum. I'm just saying. It's not right.

Drink more water, and eat less carbs/caffine. Also doing some light cardio helps, it also helps with cramps :)

When all else fails, wear spanx.

You need to add some probiotics to your diet also. Cut out or cut down on refined foods and sugars and starches - especially white bread/buns, pasta and pizza. I am not saying don't have them ever.. just when you do... if you make pasta, cut up a few florets of broccoli (Yes it makes you bloated, but it helps to digest the pasta) really fine or add a teaspoon of benifiber and make sure you take antigas before you eat.

I just hate that feeling.

Figure out which foods gives you that bloatedness and try to avoid them.

For me its beer, bread, bananas (!!) pasta and wheat products.

FIBER, FIBER, FIBER! I swear I was exactly where you were a year ago, and by accident I upped my fiber intake and the bloating went away. I really thought I was getting enough so even if you think you are, it might be worth a try. I feel 100 x better! Good luck!
