I need a good salon, I had a great girl that cut my hair back in Ft. Myers, but I am not driving all that way for a hair cut. So, if anyone can recommend a salon in like the Vista Lakes/ Waterford Lakes areas that really listens to how you want your hair done and can make realistic suggestions on hair styles and colors. I would love to give someone a try.

Hi T., Welcome to the Orlando area. I used to go to Beauti=Works in Waterford Lakes it is a spa plus salon, they are fabulous, are you living in Vista Lakes?
This may be too far for you? I'm new to Fla. -- but on Mitchell Hammock Road in Oviedo (just past the Oviedo Mall) is a salon called "Looks to Dye For".....and Kathy is absolutely amazing. I avoid "new looks".....but with this new climate and my hair -- I desperately needed something. So I told Kathy to cut it all off. Well, she knew a 40 yr. old mommy who has always had past shoulder length hair would not deal well with a short haircut. She cut off just enough and gave me a new look to boot. My husband, who loves long hair, even liked it! She's pretty conservative when it comes to changing someone's hair...but she's amazing....and always works me in at the last minute (since I have 3 children as well, and going to the hairdressers is not a priority -- to my husband:)

and if you don't have her blow dry your hair--
it is $ 55 for just the color & $20? i think for a cut?
she won't trim every time either -- and she'll keep your highlights as long as she can:)
