im having a halloween party for my sons birthday at the end of the month.....
i need ideas for goody bags treats and treats for the kids to munch on.....id like them to be halloween based but not super yucky looking that the kids wont try them....i have two ideas one is "melon Brain" and the other is a orange peal filled with pudding???? im kinda not sure how kids will react to that one....but i want it to be fun and "spooky" ...kinda....lol

We had a Halloween party last year & one of the snacks I did was a bowl of chex-mix. I bought a bag of gummy body parts (Walmart & Jewel had them). I took the body parts out of the plastic wrap & mixed them into the chex-mix. It's a simple idea, and the kids here enjoyed eating it.

hot dogs wrapped up in either a biscuit or a croissant roll is pretty good (mummy dogs). also a friend made eyeball in cream (green grapes in coolwhip) the kids loved that.
I saw a recipe to day for quesadillas made with cheese and beans. The difference was that the tortillas were cut using pumpkin and ghost shaped cookie cutters. Cut the tortillas, then put shredded cheese (we usually use mozzarella in place of chihuahua or queso quesadilla) and you can put in the mocrowave for a few seconds or on the stove. Even my youngest loves quesadillas.
