I am looking for bible study books. I'm not looking for the expensive ones that come with DVDs...just a simple book that's designed kind of like a study. Any suggestions?

It isn't a Bible study, but I love My Utmost for His Highest and Streams in the Desert. They are daily devotionals. I also love re-reading Hannah Hurnard's (spelling?) Hinds' Feet on High Places. I just found my copy and want to re-read it.

I was going through Calm My Anxious Heart with a friend online and really liking it (we live several states apart). I also bought a Women's Devotional Bible in NIV published by Zondervan. It has very nice mini-devotionals, inserts, and reading plans.

Women of Faith Series is soooo simple. Plain and to the point. You have an introduction, a scripture, a few questions about you and how you can apply it too your life. There is so many topics. All the same and very well put together in a book. Great to do it with a friend, spouse or even alone.

I love Concordia Publishing House materials. They have every thing from Bible Studys for groups of all levels to ones to do individually. If you go to cph.org and click on Bible Studies you will find lots of options. There are some great ones for women and moms and more. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions

There are some fun but awesome ones by Jennifer Hatmaker. I also really enjoyed and got a lot out of "Having a Mary Spirit" by Joann Weaver.
