Hi Mamas!

My husband and I are heading to Vegas next week for our 10 year anniversary. We will be there for 3 nights. My husband is a food snob and wants to eat well while we are there. What do we wear? I don't want to have to pack 3 changes of clothes for everyday. I was trying to keep it light...any suggestions???

Thanks in advance!
J.

Hi J.~
I've never been to Vegas, but have many friends who have. All of my girlfriends usually wore skirts & dresses while there in the summer, and so they would wear the same when they went out to the restaurants, shows, etc.
Hope this helps!!

No one really dresses up anymore! I've eaten at Picasso and Aqua (now under a new name) at the Bellagio, and their dress code is "business casual, no shorts." You can get by with almost anything these days.

However, since it's your anniversary, have fun and dress-up if you want!!!

Simple summer dress with comfortable shoes - cause you probably will walk alot on the Vegas strip. It will be hot now! And for restaurants... I suggest Drai, which is in the basement of Barbary Coast hotel. The hotel itself is somewhat of a pit, but you take a special elevator to the restaurant, and it is awesome!

I've been to Vegas many times and it can be very hot in the summer months, it will be an avg of 100 degress during the day and 80 at night. I always bring summer dresses/skirts or dressy capri's for nighttime. No hose needed even at the nicer restaurants. You might want to take along a light sweater just in case, the a/c can make it a bit chilly in the shows and indoors. You will see anything goes as far as clothes in Vegas. Have a great time. There is no other place like Vegas. Any other questions, please feel free to email me.
