We are going to a friend's house for the 4th of July. I asked what I could bring and she suggested dessert. Her kids are making a flag cake. What can I make that everyone will love, and that will feed lots of people (mainly kids)?
Thanks!

I love them and have made them a lot and everyone loves them too. I double the recipe and have fed my dad's 48 coworkers. Another time at Thanksgiving and I watched the kids take 2 or 3 lol, they loved it. The recipe makes 48 in one (not doubling) but I make it with generous amounts of the cheesecake mix so I doubled it.

She also has cake pops on the site. She's a genius.

Banana Pudding - always a crowd favorite during the summer; or fruit salad.

I bake a lot, but a good crowd pleaser is always brownies. I usually ice them (with peanut butter icing if I know there aren't allergies) and top with chopped up candy (Hershey Kisses, Butterfingers, etc). It makes them a little more special.

Cookies !!!! Who doesn't love a good cookie (or two)?!

Or you could bring a big tub of ice cream with a few toppings to choose from - chocolate sauce, crushed up oreos, sprinkles,...

Or to stay with the 4th of July theme, how about those red white and blue popsicles shaped like rockets?

Have a great 4th!

What about a couple of those big tubs of ice cream from the store with a bunch of different toppings? It will go with the cake or be great by itself. Its gonna be hot I bet.

Watermelon, vanilla ice cream with blueberries and strawberries (red, white and blue theme). But I love brownies too. I usually make blueberry pie(s) because we have a good family recipe (with extra lemon and spices).

Special K Bars! (I make them every time we go somewhere. Everyone always requests them.....) You could always sprinkle with patriotic sprinkles on top of the frosting!

I would make a few different kinds of brownies and cut them into "bites". Everyone loves them! Good luck!
