We just moved to the Tacoma area and my feet need serious pampering. I'm 6 months pregnant and unable to reach them myself! Where is a nice place that won't charge me an arm and a leg?

What can I do next?

Hello. From Dallas huh? My sister lives in Allen. We just moved here from Fort Hood in Nov. Im actually on a search myself for a pedicure place. Im not sure of any in Tacoma but where I live (lacey) there are a few places that have the spa pedicure for 18 bucks. Good luck. If you need anything or whatever let me know. Do you miss the south yet? I do!!

Hi A.,

Try giving the Ritz on Bridgeport in Lakewood a call and seeing what their price is. It is a more upscale salon. Putting On The Ritz, 7516 Bridgeport Way W Ste A, Lakewood, WA. Tel: ###-###-####

I called them a couple months back to price how much their nails were, and found they were comparable to where I usually go(and I am pretty frugal, and that's why I like where I go now, because they don't charge an arm and a leg)--maybe their pedis are as well.

Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy! :)

I go to Sonny's Nails on 72nd & Portland Ave, 1623 E 72nd St, they have the spa chairs so you get a massage while having your feet done for $20. ###-###-#### Also right by Starbucks so you can have an herbal iced tea at the same time!

Welcome to the area A..

When I was pregnant with my daughter, having a pedicure was the one thing I had to have. I told my husband my hair might look like hell, and no makeup, but I was going to be able to look down at my toes and they'd look great!

I'm not sure where you live in Tacoma. LeLe's Nails is located in historic Fern Hill (one of many neighborhoods in Tacoma) and is 10 minutes from Ft. Lewis. The business district is about 3 blocks. To name just a few of the shops: a small coffee shop, German resturant, frame shop, post office, watch/clock repair, library, handcrafted gift shop, 2 chair barber shop, hair salon and a repair shop. All the shops are locally owned.
