Deliver at Memorial Hermann Medical Center or Memorial Hermann Memorial City?

I'm deciding among three Ob/Gyns, two of which deliver at Memorial Hermann Medical Center and one delivers at Memorial Hermann Memorial City. Does anyone have any comments about delivering at either location?

you probably have already decided by now on this one... but just thought i would respond:) i would strongly suggest visiting both hospitals.... i am 4 weeks away from delivery and went to visit Medical Center and was not too impressed... wish i had visited the facility sooner; but now theirs not much i can do about it.

I delivered at at Memorial Hermann at the medical center 6 years ago and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I would highly reccomend going to the Memorial City one. I also delivered my second child at Memorial Hermann Katy and it was really nice and I had a very easy stay.Good luck with your decision.

I delivered at Memorial City twice. It was a pleasant experience both times and would do it again if I had more children.

I delivered my twins at Memorial Herman Memorial City and had a fantastic experience. My OB and the hospital staff were wonderful in the care they provided me and my girls. I wanted to have my girls vaginally as opposed to a c-section and they were great in respecting my wishes...it did help that my girls were in the right position too! :) My girls also stayed in the NICU and were really well taken care of there as well. I know MHMC is about to be or is already in their new building so having updated facitilities and I am guessing some updated equipment sounds like a plus plus as well. Also, if you want another OB to consider I highly highly highly recommend Dr Mina Sinacori...she is so fantastic!

I had a good experience at Hermann Medical Center and felt better about being there than out in the community.

I delivered at Memorial City in 2008 and had a wonderful experience.

I had a c-section so I needed a little more help.

I felt like I was at a 5 Star hotel. They waited on me hand and foot. They were so polite. I was so comfortable.

I had never stayed in the hospital before or had surgery so I was very nervous. It was a great experience.

Please feel free to message me if you have specific questions.

I used to work there as well and I would have to say they they are great there! And I will second the person that said Dr. Rebecca Luethcke is the BEST! I previously worked in the office she is in but with the other doctor. And so if you need any further info pls message me! Good luck in your decision making!!

Hi-
I am a former employer of Memorial City and used to work for the OB's and nurses in Administation. I also delivered all three of my children there and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hospital! I don't know much about the Medical Center. I don't know who you are considering for your OB, but Dr. Rebecca Luethcke is amazing and my personal favorite!
Blessings to you-
E.
