Hi! I have the same problem, and I use Mary Kay's Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer. It works gradually, but really lightened the circles around my eyes and decreased the puffiness.

Sometime certain allergies cause the circle under the eyes. I put cold compresses on my eyes when they are puffy. One friend used to keep spoons in the freezer and when she woke she put them on her eyes and the puffiness was gone. I think it's physician's formula that has a great under eye concealer just for dark circles. I love it.

i use a product from garden botanika and noticed results instanlty. they used to be sold in ulta, but are now only online and a small store in south barrington. www.gardenbotanika.com is the url. I've tried about a dozen different products such as philosophy, strivectin, and organic products and found only one other product that worked which is no longer made by st. ives. good luck!
