Seeking Solutions for Tired Eyes
My 3 month old is not sleeping through the night and I'm back to work full time. People are constantly telling me that I look tired. I know sleep will be the best remedy, but just wonding if anyone has tips or products to recommend for getting rid of the under eye bags and dark circles! Thank you!

Mary Kay cosmetics has some products for such a thing. My friend had me try some and they helped. The circles didn't completely go away, but they did deminish some and didn't look quite so bad.

Your baby is not sleeping through the night for a reason that no one knows but him. Something in his body is not functioning to foster sleep and you are suffering from it as well.
So, please go to www.upledger.com and click on Find a Practitioner. Look for someone who has had a course in Pediatrics.
CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the body to release restrictions and trauma in bones, soft tissue, organs at the physical and emotional level. It is often the case that as babies are born - in whatever way - their bodies undergo great pressures and stresses that can cause a restriction. Eventually this restriction creates restriction that prevents some part of the body or nervous system not to function correctly.
The beauty of CST is that it relies on the inner wisdom and intelligence of the body to restore motion in the place that is stuck. It may take several sessions before the baby releases everything that he needs to. And, you may want a session for yourself.
Please give it a try. CST allows the body to eliminate the CAUSE of the stress in the body rather than treating the symptoms.
Thanks for listening.

Hi A.
Ok Short of Botox
Cucumber slices and or tee bags and the other thing that really does work Is hemeroid cream moldels use it all of the time on the bags under thier eyes .
Short of that See a dermatologyst and see about getting botox Injectiopn for both eyes
But I hav e been told hemeriod cream really does work. Its been made to reduce swelling in the Bum so why wouldnt it work to reduce sweeling or bagginess some where else
You could also try using white shdow under your eye and then your foundation on over top of that to reduce the apearance of the dark cerculs in the bags

Tell your husband you are exhausted and that he is going to have to do more around the house until the baby starts sleeping through the night.
Go to bed at 8:00 p.m. Leave the dirty dishes in the sink. Leave the pile of laundry by the washing machine. Leave your three year old's toys strewn all over the family room. Go to bed and rest. Lay down with the baby if the baby is still awake.
If you have dark circles you are exhausted. No one can function without rest. You will not be effective at home. You will not be effective at work. If you continue to not get rest, the next thing that will happen is that you will be sick. Catch up on the housework on the weekends.
My mother had a coffee mug that said on one side, "Good housekeeping isn't everything." On the other side it said, "Being a great mom is." You can't be a great mom when you are so exhausted that you have dark circles under your eyes. Stop being super woman and get some sleep. You deserve it.

Go to www.beautipage.com/spatech click on products, then best sellers to your left and then platinum regenteration to your right. The advanced repair eye creme is awesome! It may say for 40s but Ive seen some 32+ friends and coworkers who used it at night and they look soooooo good. It's not a quick fix but it lasts. A friend of mine looked like Droopy dog with puffiness and when the jar was empty the bags were gone and still are.
hope you try it and feel free to look at other spa products there. All are good...especially the skin care systems.

Hi A.. Oh how I feel your pain! I am all too aware of sleep deprivation! I feel like I haven't slept a solid night in years (or so it seems!) I use Mary Kay Products. They have a line called Timewise. I use alot of those products and for the eyes...Timewise Firming Eye Cream. I use that at night and in the morning I use Timewise Targeted-Action Eye Revitalizer. Mary Kay is fairly expensive but worth the money. Hope this helps!

Hey A.,
I have been there! I am 45 year old mother of 4 and get that comment a lot, especially when I don't sleep well. Chanel has a great eye cream, but it is a bit pricey. Mary Kay has one that works well, in fact I think they have 2 now. Also, putting ice on your eyes for a few minutes in the mornings works well if you don't use facial products. Good luck!
