Covered or Not Covered Cement Patio and Wood Fence Installed

Can anyone recommend, or not recommend,a concrete patio, covered patio and a wood fence installer in the Garland/Sachse/Rowlett area? We have had a few things done over the years and we never have had any luck finding an honest and dependable contractor. If there is someone you would like to warn me about, an email may be the best bet for that.
