OK ladies, has anyone had any of these procedures done? Which one is best?

I'm 43. mom of 2, 5'7" tall and weigh 125 lbs. I am not over weight at all. I work out on a regular basis and eat well.
BUT I have armpit fat and a bulge under my bra on my back, and it DRIVES ME CRAZY. I want it gone!

I would love some advice and feedback on any procedures some of you may have had.

Thanks!

What can I do next?

I think if you want to do something that makes you happy, do it. I don't know anything about the procedures, but it seemed like you needed a little positivity after some of the negative comments on here.
Hope you find the answers you are looking for and good luck!

I honestly can't believe there is anything to remove.

I'm 41, 5'3 and 121lbs, and have 3 kids. I look fabulous, thank you very much.

Looking at your past questions.. either you have a very poor self image or something is a miss..I am 5'1 130lbs.. I have a gutt- I too have had two kids.
I do not think any of these are a good idea for somone who is as "fit" as you. Either it is extra skin, or muscle Neither will be fixed by this.

Actually you are the ideal person to get the smartlipo. Someone fit and at their ideal weight who just needs a little removed, so it is not as invasive. I am overweight right now and would not consider until i get myself in shape.

I talked to a cosmetic surgeon and he said coolsculpting is B.S. and thinks it is not a good use of money. He explained it and i forgot the 'why' I but i have not forgotten him commenting on it.

I have not heard of VelaShape. I just googled it.

The person who does the work is more important. Plastic surgeons are usually allowed to remove more fat than a cosmetic surgeon. They have more years of training. Cosmetic surgeon can still be very qualified and generally charge less money. If you go to a cosmetic surgeon make sure he/she is skilled (you do not want to come out looking worse). All plastic surgeons are qualified to do cosmetic, yet not all cosmetic surgeons qualified to do plastic surgery.

Have you already tried one of those bras with the spandex-type body (I forget what they are called, but several companies make them)? They are supposed to smooth those areas out and make the whole torso look good. Supposedly, the armpit fat and back bulges are actually effects of wearing a bra that presses a narrow band in, and the flesh around it bulges out.

I tried velashape at a medspa on my outer thighs where I have indestructable bulges and it did not work. And it was EXPENSIVE!! Lots of time too, numerous visits.

I've had lipo twice on the waist area (love handles), bra back fat and lower belly. The lower belly fat is back, so is the back bra fat. Only the sides are still slim. You must exercise to keep it intact. Good luck. Do it. It's your money and esteem.
