Buy "The Ultimate Cleanse" it's available at the Giant Food Stores in the Organic section. It costs about $22. It's 2 bottles of pills- a fiber pill to make you poo and an herbal pill to detox your system. You start out taking 1 of each 2x a day and increase that until you are "going" 2-3x /day. Works like a charm. You can also try Psyllium husk powder- you drink it in water or mix it in smoothies. It sludges all kinds of interesting things out of your colon. GROSS!
Not for the feint of heart is the MASTER CLEANSE google it and you'll get all the info you need. There are several message boards that are VERY helpful related to the Master Cleanse. I did a 10 day master cleanse starting after Thanksgiving. It REALLY works. You will feel better than you have in years. I'm going to start a 20 day right after Easter. Ring in Spring with a pure body- sounds good to me!

I have never tried it...this is why (it is a short quote from an article, the link to the article is below, you might want to read the whole thing)
Colon Cleansing uses herbal ingredients, laxatives, enemas, colonics, and/or irrigation devices. These can disrupt the normal functioning and balance of the large intestine, resulting in electrolyte imbalances, diarrhea, dehydration and damage to the protective bacteria in the large intestine. Doctors don’t recommend colon cleansing for improved health and well-being or for the prevention of disease. The colon doesn’t need to be cleansed. In fact, the only appropriate use for colon cleansing is in preparation for a medical procedure used to examine the colon.

You can probably find equally persuasive articles encouraging their use as well. Just be sure to read the pros and cons before you choose to do it. Hopefully people will offer you safe recommendations for products.

Hi J.,
I've been dealing with IBS and some other health issues since I was 30 yrs. of age. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, constant pain from IBS. I went to a gastro. doctor, did all kinds of procedures with no help. I did go to an accupuncturist for about a yr and found out I was extremely toxic. Then I found the greatest product ever- isagenix. It is a cleansing fat-burning system and felt great ever since.
I'm promoting this product because it does deliver incredible energy, mental clarity, normal digestion, curbs appetite and the side benefit is weight loss.
My website is www.danablazo.isagenix.com if you want to check it out. Let me know what you think. I can answer your questions. With this product, your children can get good nutrition too. I drank the shakes(couldn't do all the products)while I was pregnant and felt great.
Hope this helps!!

J.,
My name is M. and I'm associated with a wellness company that has natural and safe products. I use their
detoxifying cleanse product (1 or 2capsules before bed) and it is a natural and gentle whole food supliment. If you have never done a colon cleanse before you may use for 1 -2 weeks and then if you wish, follow every month for only 5 - 7 nights. That way I am always keeping a cleansed colon. I also have a well known nutritionist who says he likes our product because it works, it is gentle and does not keep you captive in the house. It is also inexpensive $19.00 a bottle which should last you for 2-3 months. Let me kow if you would like more information. My e-mail address is ____@____.com

Hi J.,
My name is L. James and I run a home-based business sharing a line of natural health supplements through a company called Life Force, Intl.
Life Force offers a very friendly Colon Cleanse program. It lasts 30 days, you don't have to alter your regular diet, and you are not tied to the toilet ;) The program gently cleanses upper and lower gastrointestinal tracts, promotes colon health, promotes greater absorption of nutrients (a great reason to do a cleanse!) and promotes healthy peristaltic action (ie, relieves any constipation).
You can reach me at ____@____.com for further information!
Thanks,
L.
