I am wanting to do a good cleanse and have heard this is the best. Has anyone done the entire 2 or 3 months? What was your experience??

So What Happened?™
Thank you all for your posts. I appreciate all the information and suggestions. I am going to go ahead and try this cleanse out. They have a money back policy, if your not completely happy--so I think it is worth the try. I have truly been miserable in the digestive area of my body and am really wanting to see if this will help. I'll keep y'all posted. Thanks again!

I didn't make it the 2-3 months b/c after about 3wks. I was extremely bloated and uncomfortable. I did notice some results but nothing like the testimonials describe. A couple of friends did it the same time as I did, one had a similar experience to mine and another had a more positive experience with it. Who knows?! Maybe it just depends on each individual's digestive system.

I haven't done this one, but my husband and I did the Arbonne 7 day cleanse and it was amazing. I have done another in the past, but didn't feel the results like this one. If you want anymore information contact me ____@____.com

Hi C.! Hope all is well. The 2 cleanses you mentioned are good, however, they only target 1 area - the colon. I've tried various types of cleanse and the one I've found to help me the most is the Isagenix program. I've been using the products for 2 years and have had great results. What I like best it's that the product are all natural, organic and water soluble, and best of all, it's a complete body cleanse - from head to toe, cleasing all 60 trillion cells in your body. If you like to read more about it and review it for yourself, please visit my website - www.dst.isagenix.com, email me at ____@____.com or call me at ###-###-####. Take care and much success!!

I frequently do this cleanse, just remember to drink a lot of water. Although the instructions do not indication the need to change your dietary intake, I strongly encourage you to consider eating organic fruits and vegetables and limiting your intake of meats. It will help.

I prefer the Renew Life cleanses(sold at most health stores). They are non-stimulant and you won't need to set up camp in the bathroom. There are cleanses specifically designed for first time cleansers. I am concerned with Senna as that is used in several stimulant laxatives. Happy Cleansing:))

My husband and I both have done this cleanse. My husband could not do the tea as it interacted with his medications but he did the rest of it. Both of us noticed the results and were pleased. The first time I did this I did the 3 months. The following year I just did a month of it but still found it helpful. Good luck

So weird because my name is C. and my last name begins with a B. I did the Dr. Natura's Colonix a few months ago. I did it for two months. The first week or so I had terrible headaches, after they subsided it was fine. The fiber drink is a little hard to finish! The result (in the toilet) looks nothing like what they show on the testimonials! I am not sure it was worth the money.

Arbonne has a comprehensive full head to toe cleanse that is holistic and safe. Botanicals from the ocean are used to stimulate, strengthen and support your well-being from the inside out. The 7 Day cleanse included Chlorella, blue-green algae, red marine algae, cascara segrada, senna leaf, aloe vera, rhubarb root, meadowsweet herb these herbs are to assist in gentle yet effective elimination of toxins. I have also been body brushing that is also good at assisting cleansing. Visit www.arbonne.com and check out the Detox line there are also products to cleanse your largest organ, your skin. The is also a daily detox tea for inbetween cleanses you can do the 7 Day cleanse program once a month.

I am actually in the middle of my second month right now. I like it and think it works. Within the first few days I felt like I had more energy that I had stopped drinking caffeine and I think that is where my headaches came from. After a few days it was fine. I just started the Toxout yesterday (I bought it late) and so I don't know how that works yet but I am sure I will be pleased. My husband also feels so much better since he has been doing this cleanse.

Greetings C.:
I bought the program about 2 1/2 months ago. I did it daily for a month and did notice alot of changes in BM's, but I stopped. I recently started back with the fiber and paranil tab, but have not completed an entire month with consistency to do the Toxinout. If I had to do it over again, I would just go to the health food store, get some pure Psyllium husks and those good bacteria tab and some Emergen C tabs. It is very costly, but it gives you massive waste removal aftera few days of drinking the fiber, and it taste okay. I blend mine with some cold apple juice and that strawberry banana drink from Mexico. It makes a good smoothie, but you have to drink it fast and blend it well so you don't get a thick consistency. If you have the finances to try it, you won't be disappointed, but there are cheaper ways to get the same results. I'm too far intothe program to turn back now.
Good luck!
Love and blessings,
N.
