Christian Church - Acworth, GA

We go to Cumberland Community Church. It's in Smyrna though close to Cumberland mall but I have NEVER been to a church that is more supportive and I come from a family of deacons and ministers. We are non denominational but we are a GOD centered church. The web site is www.cumberlandchurch.org

H., it depends on what you are looking for, but I love our church! It is Buckhead Church, and it would probably take you 30 or so minutes to get there on a Sunday morning or evening from Acworth. The childcare program is amazing! The pastor is Andy Stanley, son if Dr. Charles Stanley, and it is the best church I have ever attended. It brought me back to my relationship with God after I had spent a long time away. The music is contemporary, and it is a large church, but I think the messages are pure and simple the way God intended. Good luck finding a church for your family.

While having a church community to lean on in troubled times is a blessing, it's certianly not needed to pray to God for guidance.
