Can You Recommend OB GYN in Miami (Near Brickell?)

My experience with Mt. Sinai was the BEST!! When I got pregnant with my second son (now 18 mos.) I got references from several obgyn;s, after trying several I ended up with Castillo, Blachar and Brasac. ALL 3 in their own way are very good drs. Some women whom I spoke with at the waiting room didnt like blachar because they said he wasn't "nurturing" enough. To me, I could not have asked for a better dr. than Blachar. He was very sweet, concerned and I felt confident that everything would be alright througout labor and delivery. All of them are expereinced. Castillo is also very sweet and is the oldest, so I assume that he has even years in the field.

All in all, I would recommend them. I liked them so much that I still see them for my annual check ups.

Close to Brickell is Miami Beach and Mt. Sinai medical center. There is Dr. Leonardo Blachar's group (Castillo, Brasac and Blachar) and Dr. Mauricio Bitran's group. I am only familiar with Mt. Sinai and would highly recommend the hospital.

I love, love, love my OB/GYN. His name is Thomas Dimino, his number is ###-###-####. But if you prefer a woman, there is one in his office that I LOVE also, her name is Manal Antoun. She is very proactive and if my doctor ever retired or could not deliver my baby I wanted her. Also the people in the office are very nice. They are on Kendall Drive by the Tony Romas, down the street from Baptist. They use Baptist Hospital also, which I really liked. I've gone to other hospitals when other people had their babies and I thought Baptist was waaaaayy better. I have gone to him for over 10 years and he delivered my 2 babies. He is great and everyone I know who goes to him think the same. But, like I said, Dr. Antoun was awesome too. I really, really liked her. Just so you know, I have lived in Miami Beach for alomost 13 years now and I still travel out to Kendall for him, that is how much I like him.

There is a great practice inSouth Miami, Drs. James(father and son) and Dr. Senemar(female). They are very nice and have great bed side manner. Their office staff is excellent and I send all my friends there. They also delivered both my children.
They also work out of Baptist hospital on Kendall drive.
