You could check out Superior also. There are apartments called The Horizons that are nice. I used to live in them. They have 1,2 and 3 bedroom options with 1 or 2 baths. I think they range from ###-###-#### a month depending on what you get. Superior is the neighboring town to Louisville. These apartments have a clubhouse and workout room. I don't think there is a pool. They are within walking distance to the Broomfield Mall! They do allow pets with a deposit. Some have garages but most are outside parking. Hope this helps. There are great apartments on 104th and Church Ranch, Eagles Landing. Its Westmister and not too far from Louiseville. we lived there for tow years with my daughter and loved it. They also have a playground and dog area.

Hi A.. I live in Lafayette (borders Louisville) with my 4 children under 5 years old. I have a rental house that will be available as of January 1st. It is bigger than you want but just thought I would throw it out there. It is 3 bedrooms+loft, 2 1/2 bath, fenced in back yard and walking distance to a great lake that has a path around it and a great park for kids. Dogs are welcome as well. It is 1500.00/month.

As far as apartments go I don't know of any off hand that are available. I will keep my eyes posted and if I see one I will gladly email you the info.

We just moved here in March and we're loving Louisville. Had intended in move to Boulder but are now in the process of buying a house here. We didn't look at apartments, but we're very happy in a house managed by Green Realty. Phyllis Green in the manager and she's been very good to work with. Don't know what she might have available right now. Most of Louisville is pretty nice, as are most parts of Lafayette. Superior is across the highway and is all residential with a mall and big shopping nearby. L'ville and Lafayette both have charming downtowns. We personally like L'ville the best. Don't know what your timing is, but we're probably moving in March or April. We live just outside Louisville, in Broomfield, right across the street from Flatirons Crossing Mall. It's a super-convenient location (easy access to the highway, Boulder, Denver, etc) and the complex is really nice. They have a bunch of different floor plans and it's certainly in your price range. We have a GREAT pool... it's open year-round, and in the summertime it's awesome for kids. And they allow pets! The complex is pretty new, too, about 3 years or so.
