Does anyone know a place that is NOT cage free for boarding dogs within West Palm Beach to Boca Area? We have a dog that we have boarded at cage free facilites. She gets over excited and does not know when to stop. She ends up getting sun burnt (if the facility is indoor/outdoor) and over heated. We found a great place up in Orlando where each dog had their own large sized room that was air conditioned and had a TV. The attendants would individually walk the dogs a few times a day. Our dog really just likes to sleep all day, so being in a room by herself with a TV is ideal. I don't want to put her at a vets kennel where there is a slab of concrete and a chain fence in between the dogs. I want something nicer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We can always work with a pet sitter, but would like to know if there are any caged facilites.
Try Simmons Vet Clinic. They are located off Lake Worth Road and Haverhill. My dog stays in the townhouses with no outside run. They take them out twice daily to a nice dog park out back. The employees are awesome!!

Clint Moore Animal Hospital may work, or the VCA on Hillsboro east of Lyons (Deerfield Beach). I don't know of any with a TV, but you can check these out...I've used them both before and my dogs seemed happy!

I have boarded my 2 labs at www.veryimportantpaws.com in WPB. They get a suite (not a cage) w/ a tv and are walked frequently. Although they do get to free play you might want to request that she just hang out in her room instead of playing.

Simmons Veterinary Clinic in Lake Worth has a pretty nice facility, especially for a vet. You can select the level of services and even upgrade to a "private suite." We've used them several times for our 2 dogs.
