Automatic Shower Cleaner
Has anyone used the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner? I have been tempted to buy it, but I have been reluctant to shell out the money for it if it is not worth it. Does it do a decent job of maintaining a clean shower? We only have 1 1/2 bathrooms in this house. We have 2 teenaged boys and my husband & I using this shower. Therefore, it gets dirty quickly! Thanks for any input that you have!

I use one in my shower to help out. I feel like I still have to clean my shower (maybe that's just me) but it does help me go longer between cleanings and it leaves my bathroom smelling fresh and clean.

I've had mine for about a year and I love it. I still have to clean the tub on occassion, but overall it keeps away the mildew and the look of grime and it definitely keeps my shower curtain looking clean. I'd recommend it.

I currently have on and love it. We have just myself, husband, and 18 month old daughter that use the shower with the occassional guest. I don't have to scrub the tub as often. You will possibly need to actually scrub about once a month or so.

I LOVE IT!!!! We bought ours probably a year ago, I've had to change the battery once, and the refills lots. BUT, it keeps all the mold and gross from getting out of control. Instead of having to clean the shower all the time, I only clean it once a month (maybe). Although, my kids are young, so they only shower once every couple of days. Honestly, it's made things much easier around here for me as I hate cleaning the shower!!!!

I don't have one, but my mom bought it, and she didn't like it at all. You're probably better off trying to teach your crew to squegee the walls down before they get out of the shower.

I bought one a little over a month ago and I like it. I do not like cleaning my shower so it was starting to look pretty yucky. After a month and half of using the automatic shower cleaner (no elbow grease from me) I can see a difference, but it will probably take another half bottle. I'm sure it would of cleaned it quicker if I did my part and cleaned the shower too! :) My father-in-law has one they started using in their new home the first day and their shower is still looking like new a year later. They do a monthly clean and they love it. I haven't had to buy any refills yet so I'm not sure how that will cut into my weekly budget but I like it so far.

No it is not worth the money. It only cleans the top half of the shower because of the way it hangs in there. It just goes around in a circle where it hangs, therefore that is all that gets clean. I would suggest getting a daily shower mist and just misting the whole shower after every use, that seems to work better. Hope this helps a little.
