Hi T.,

Kuipers in Maple Park has both an apple orchard and pumpkin farm, plus a delicious bakery and lots of other fun stuff.

Hi T.!

Went out to a place in Harvard last week called Royal Oak Farms. It was just beautiful! So much room for the kids to run, lots of little play things set up for them to play on, lots of apples and pumpkins! Great gift store, a little restaurant...I want to say it cost $3 to park. Most things were free!

They do have a website, so you can check that out. I am not sure where you live....it was quite a hike from where I am, but well worth it! Got some great pictures of the baby with scarecrows, pumpkins, etc.....

Hope you find one to fit your needs! Have a great time!

Hi T.,
I take my daughter to Goebberts Pumpkin Farm in South Barrington IL. It is on Higgins Road. It is free to get into the pumpkin patch. You only pay for extra's. It is $4.00 a ticket for the following: Pony Rides, Camel Rides and Hay Wagon Rides. It is $4.00/$6.00 to get into the petting zoo or the haunted house. The higher price is for the weekends. They also have a snack area with hotdogs, pizza, pretzels and sandwiches. The web address is:

My dd is nearly 3 and she loves going here! Bring a camera because there are tons of photo ops including character cutouts (seasame street, scooby doo, princess, dinosaurs, spongebob, and many more) There is also a train and a pretend fire truck. They open at 9am.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need additional info.

We just went to Cottonwood farms I think it is called on Weber road in Crest Hill. There is a TON of stuff to do there. On the weekends they will take you out tho the field to pick your pumpkin or they have a lot of them already pciked taht you can choose from. They cost was $10 per person. Anyone under 2 was free I think. If you go to their web site there is a coupon for $2 off a person.
